Stakeholder Communication

Taiwan Puritic Corp., defines a stakeholder as an internal or external group or individual who has an impact on the organization's operations or is affected by the organization. Based on the above principles, stakeholders are identified according to their interaction frequency and operational importance with 4 major types (employees, suppliers, investors, and customers) to carry out necessary and immediate communication.

Taiwan Puritic Corp., conducts transparent and well-interacted communication on issues concerned by stakeholders through scheduled and unscheduled meetings carried out by responsible business units. The methods of communication include but are not limited to E-mail communication, physical meetings, and conference calls. In this way, the opinions and suggestions of stakeholders are widely collected. We also refer to international trends and norms, customer requirements, as well as industry practices, and the feedback information received is reported and discussed in internal meetings, serving as an important reference for the formulation of sustainable development strategies.
