Cermetized surface treatment

The ceramic film has excellent electrical insulation, with hardness of >1000Hv (depending on the thickness of the oxide layer) and high corrosion resistance (>48hr salt test, depending on the thickness of the oxide layer), and can be used in severe and difficult environment, as well as general tool coatings. Depending on the compound of the oxide layer, the colors that can be produced are also different, white, black, dark green, dark red, yellow-red, etc. are developed in the initial stage. It can also be achieved with the difficult surface treatment.
