The chemicals used are dangerous liquids, characterized by their corrosive, toxic, flammable, and other properties. Therefore, a safe and stable chemical supply is key in building a chemical dispensing system. Here's what makes chemical dispensing systems installed by TPC special:
1. Safety – All storage containers and pipelines for chemicals are closed, and the materials used are all appropriate to the chemicals used. For flammable organic liquids, a real-time fire detection and extinguishing system equipped with a static electricity eliminator is installed; all components selected meet requirements for explosion-proof products.
2. Stability – All components are selected from brands with actual performance. Appropriate models are selected based on pressure resistance and operation modes; follow-up maintenance services are also provided.
3. Cleanliness – Based on the customer's process requirements, we design supply equipment that meets the customer specs requirements. This includes selection of ULPA, filter, and fitting. In addition, we have equipment available to provide testing services.
4. Integration – Our specialized personnel can programming any brands of PLCs. Brands can be selected to meet customer requirements, and specialized programmers for central monitoring systems are available to seamlessly integrate chemical systems and central monitoring systems within the factory.
5. Equipment quality – TPC has our own standardized equipment manufacturing factory. All equipment is manufactured and assembled according to SOP in a clean room, to maintain stable quality.
6. Personnel experience – TPC's chemical dispensing system engineers all possess a certain degree of experience. We assign personnel to match each customer's project, and provide design and planning to meet customer needs.
7. Follow-up support – TPC has our own brand range of chemical liquid valves, and we build material preparation systems. We provide proper support to customers during emergencies.
